Packaging & Logistics

Lychees are highly perishable. We use specific thermal-packaging and humidity management layouts to maximize shelf life:

  • Presentation Form: Offered in whole bunches/clusters attached to a short stem (packed tightly to avoid moving friction), or de-stemmed single loose fruits in bags.
  • Export Packaging: Packed in 1.0 kg or 2.0 kg clamshell plastic punnets, nested inside a 5 kg / 10 kg high-strength plastic basket or ventilated corrugated cartons with internal moisture-absorbing pads.
  • Loading Capacity: Approx. 12 - 14 Metric Tons per 40ft Reefer Container (RF) on pallets with specialized bottom-air ventilation settings to ensure constant +2°C cooling.

Crop Seasonality

Fresh lychees have a highly intensive, compact harvest calendar. Global buyers must place orders well in advance to secure farm allocation before the season begins:

Jan - Apr May Jun Jul Aug - Dec

* Note: The absolute prime window for high-volume sea freight dispatch is the month of June. Contracts should be signed by March or April.
